Peace Free Lutheran Church stands on the truth found in the Scriptures; we are a member of the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations, AFLC.

1. We believe the God of the Bible is the only true God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1; John 1:1;John 1:14)

2. We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and inerrant word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

3. We affirm that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. (John 14:6; Acts 4:12)

4. We affirm each local congregation should be free and living, subject only to the Word and the Spirit of God. (Acts 5:29)

5. We affirm the sacredness of marriage between one man and one woman. (Matthew 19:4-6)

6. We affirm the teaching of Scripture that we all are sinners in need of repentance and faith in the finished work of Jesus on the Cross of Calvary. (John 3:16; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8; Acts 3:19; John 6:37)

7. We follow the Biblical command to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit”. Faithfully we bring our children to the Lord, following God’s command. (Matthew 28:19)

8. We accept the “real presence of Jesus, in, with and under” the bread and wine in the Communion service and accept the promise of His forgiveness through His given and shed body and blood on the Cross of Calvary. (1 Corinthians 11:24)

9. We believe there is a heaven and a hell and that Jesus Christ is returning to judge the earth and to establish His eternal kingdom. (Revelation 20:11-13; Acts 1:9-11)

10. We accept the command of Jesus to care for the needy, encourage the faithful and reach out to the lost with the salvation provided for us by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (James 1:27; Galatians 6:9-10)
